I apologize for the delayed response. I would like you to test if your seeing the Baidu engine in the Bing sidebar when logged into a different profile. It fairly simple to create a test profile: Click on your profile icon (top right corner) -> Add profile -> Add -> Continue without signing in.
Also, are you able to access Bings home page from your address bar, or do you get redirected to Baidu from there as well?
